I ordered the large Royal dog grate and am thrilled with this product. It arrived very quickly and was very well wrapped and came complete with a tool to remove the ash bucket and even an oven glove...which seems to have found its way into the kitchen! The grate is very high quality and was easy to put together. Actually we were tossing up whether to go for a dog grate or a woodburning stove but living on the edge of a massive wood (so we're not likely to be short) we thought that the dog grate was a more attractive option, especially after talking to the very helpful (and knowledgeable) manager at Natural Heating. Now that it is in the fire place, having fires is a pure joy and you really can pile up the logs and coal so that you get a terrific blaze. Also when in situ., the product looks as though it could be antique and it's really nice looking. The kids will be fighting to inherit it! So five stars out of five from us.

We b(r)ought the Cathedral to Skiathos, Greece. It was quiet a journey...! but now... She is our big friend! We have an open plan kitchen/living of ± 90 sq., and it heats it all up! Only on wet, xtra cold days we need help from the central heating. A perfect purchase, to help us in the economic crisis!

For anyone considering purchasing a Multi Fuel Stove look no further than buying from this Company and the 'Victorianna' model, Multi Fuel Stove. The staff working within the service, sales and delivery teams were first class and as for the product I can only rate it as excellent. At less than half the price of similar continental products we thought we were taking a chance with this purchase. However, the Victorianna Stove is giving top notch performace and situated within our large Georgian fire opening looks absolutely gorgeous. In a word we are 'over the moon'. I installed my windsor in the early rather chilly spring & after following the "breaking in" instructions carefully found that the cast iron stove gives a deeper heat than my last woodburner which was made of steel - it also retains the heat for a much longer time. My windsor heats quite a large studio with an open connecting room & open staircase on either side - & the backboiler gives me plenty of hot water. The more I use it the more I appreciate what a good stove it is (the optional side door is absolutely a must). The design & quality of the windsor is really excellent & the price very, very competitive - I spent a year checking everything on-line & in expos. Add to that a service & technical advice (Sarah-Jane) "second to none". I look forward to the very cold winters we have over here.

Yesterday my Ladybird Stove was delivered and is currently being Seasoned with small fires as per the instructions. I would like to say what a magnificent little stove this is, it is perfect in every way, the quality and workmanship is of the highest standard and is very beautiful to look at within my Log Cabin Office. Hi, We purchased the Harvester multifuel stove a few years ago now. SarahJane, Helen and last but not least Martin, where the most helpful people. We had a lot of problems with the flue system that was faulty and badly installed and the help and understand, let alone the follow up and advise these lovely people gave us turned out to be invaluable, polite and very friendly indeed. The stove itself is still fantastic, and I would reccommend the company to every one and if you do have any problems at all, no matter what the size they usually find the answer for you, or as they say they know a man that can ! Hello. We wanted to say how pleased we are with the amazingly fast delivery of both the flue and the stove. The flue arrived the day after we got home and the stove six days after we ordered it.
