I would just like give you guys some feedback on your service. I phoned up to order a stove (Coachman premier) on Tuesday after having browsed your web site the night before. I spoke to Helen, who was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns regarding what I needed. The stove arrived on the Friday afternoon and I fitted it in to my existing fireplace within a couple of hours.. I found the build quality of the stove very good and installation instructions were simple and easy to follow and understand. I bought from yourselves as your website was easy to navigate had good info on your products and I found the prices very competitive….ooh and your service is great!
