9 inch Square HELLFIRE Cast Iron Bbq Plancha / Grill Accessory

This solid, 9 inch square (approx 228mm) cast iron plancha is a fabulous accessory for your outdoor bbq. 

Cast iron is well known for it's amazing ability to retain heat. Get it really good and hot - to create the perfect mailard reaction to beautifully sear steaks and create wonderful brown caramelised crust which locks in all the juices.

We recommend you make up some cast iron seasoning paste folllowing the simple recipe enclosed which will help you acheive an easy to maintain non stick surface and help to protect your new plancha. 

Once seasoned, this plancha is also great for cooking things like pancakes, fried eggs / bacon, flat breads alongside your normal bbq fare. 

The 9" Hellfire plancha is also compatible with the 9" Hellfire Grill Base for use in your fire pit in the garden or even in the house inside your wood burning stove.
