Soot Door Box 9x9 Chimney Flue Coal Fire Log Wood Stove Black Cast Iron

This is a standard 9 x 9, cast iron chimney soot / cleaning access point in matt black finish complete with internal door. When fitted, some customers choose to paint them in a colour of their choice.

The internal doors are sometimes come as shown, or may also come in black with a different shaped handle. It makes no difference really as they perform in exactly the same way and are not seen when fitted

These are for fitting into a chimney wall to allow cleaning point either from outside or above a registry plate. Please see our diagrams within the listing which show good and bad ways of fitting stoves into chimneys with cleaning access points. Hopefully this may be of help.
