Introducing the all-new Symphony Solo 5 Woodburning Stove.

Produced in the UK, this 5kW stove has been manufactured using the highest quality British steel and is approved for wood burning in smoke-controlled areas.

This innovative new British-made stove is KIWA eco 2022 accredited and comes with an A+ Energy Rating, having achieved an incredible 83.9% energy efficiency and a nominal heat output of 5kW. It also has a particulates matter output of only 18, making the Symphony Solo 5 one of cleanest and most energy efficient approved stoves on the market.

The steel body of the stove comes complete with an effective flame control positioned at the top of the stove for ease of use, a 125mm flue outlet, and air wash function to keep the glass clear of smoky deposits and provide stunning visuals. 5 year warranty on the stove body.

The Symphony Solo comes complete with the new SCANTAG system which, with the use of a QR code, has many useful functions including the stove user manuals, how to videos and the facility to record annual sweep and service records


Shipping prices to Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore or Europe are typically subject to surcharge. Many of these are stated at website checkout. If there is no shipping option to your location, please contact us prior to purchase.

All UK mainland stove deliveries will arrive on lorries with tail lift and pallet truck, so you should not be required to help lift the pallet from the lorry. The courier will be able to wheel it off the lorry for you on to a hard standing area and will get as close to your house as possible - but is NOT permitted to assist in carrying the goods into your home.

In the event that there is no one else at home to help you get your stove indoors - we wrap all pallets well in plastic pallet wrap which will keep a stove dry should it need left outside for a few hours. Please note that a signature IS required for all stove deliveries.

If there is restricted access for a large lorry to your property, please contact us before purchase to discuss.

It is of utmost importance that when signing the couriers delivery sheet you INSPECT GOODS ON DELIVERY. Failure to do so results in the voiding of transit insurance as glass is only insured to point of delivery and unless signed as damaged, we would not be able to claim for this on your behalf.

We generally ship on the day, or day following order where goods are showing in stock. For those not in stock, an estimated lead time for incoming stock is shown.

Transit time is an average of 2 > 4 working days from dispatch on standard service. The courier will call you the day before delivery to confirm delivery day.  Up grade to next working day delivery is usually available to mainland UK for a small upgrade fee

Do note that with next day delivery you will need stay in as they will NOT call you prior to delivery. 

Please note that in the event you are not at home when the courier arrives to deliver your stove, there will be a £40.00 re-delivery charge to either redeliver the stove or return it to our premises - so it is important that after you confirm the delivery day with the courier, you are home to receive

Unfortunately, due to increasing amounts of online fraud, we can only offer deliveries to the registered card address unless payment by bank transfer for your order is received prior to dispatch.

Of course, you are also very welcome to collect your stove from our main warehouse in Attleborough / Norfolk. If collecting from store, payment must be made in store and cannot be accepted by phone or online.

If you are in Scotland, you may be able to collect from our Hamilton depot - but it is important that you call us to confirm this first.

Showroom Only Stoves

This stove model is kept in stock and on display here in our showroom.

Many higher end stove manufacturers do not allow their products to be sold online. Some people may think this is silly as could reduce their sales, BUT what it really means is that you; the customer; gets proper advice, service, support and back up direct from us - your retailer and stockist.

Photos are all well and good, but do not let you physically touch and feel a product nor properly assess suitability.

Customers are always welcome to come visit, view and have a coffee / tea and some home made cake. You will never be given a sales pitch - just honest advice and assistance if required. Even if you do choose to buy a stove - there is no commitment to having to use our services for installation.

Should you wish to purchase a showroom only stove but arrange your own installation, you are most welcome to do.

We keep good stocks of most stoves including showroom only models.
